Notice and Eviction Procedures
If necessary, our team will prepare and serve eviction notices in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Guide you through the eviction process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Rent Collection (if applicable)
We ensure you will collect rent from tenants and ensure that it is paid on time.
Property Inspection & Repairs
Conduct a thorough inspection of the property after any tenant vacates.
Coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance to restore the property to its optimal condition.
Marketing and Advertising
We may market the property to potential tenants and handle advertising.

Maintenance & Repairs
We will handle maintenance and repair issues as they arise, by utilizing our trusted and insured contractors. Based on our relationship and business we provide them with, we receive lower than market rates. We can provide you a quote and if you agree we can then begin scheduling times or if you have your own contractor/s we can coordinate times with the tenant to fix said issues. All repairs and maintenance quotes are shown to you and upon approval we will coordinate accordingly. We also offer a fully hands on approach where if a repair needs to be made immediately, we coordinate and resolve it then bill you afterwards.
New Tenant Placement
Assist in finding a new, reliable tenant through our rigorous screening process.
Facilitate the lease signing and onboarding of the new tenant.
We understand the importance of a swift and effective resolution to tenant-related challenges, and our team is dedicated to providing you with the support needed to navigate this process seamlessly.
The property management fee is typically a percentage of the monthly rent, our standard is 10%, although it can vary depending on the specific services provided and the location of the property. We have a surcharge of 8% on all maintenance and repairs that are coordinated/conducted between us and our vendors (can be further discussed as well).
